Our service can be cancelled at any time, the costumer is accountable for paying the removal fee of the product, stated in the agreement. No refunds, of any kind, will be provided. Aquos One LLC does not provide refunds, credit, or prorated billing for subscriptions that are cancelled mid-month. In such cases, the costumer will be able to continue to use the filter until the end of the billing cycle if it is specifically requested via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Aquos Filters.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
